Planning Commission


The Oroville Planning Commission has changed their monthly meeting to the third Monday of each month.  Regular meetings will be held at 4:30 pm in the City Council Chambers on the 3rd Monday of each month.   If you have any questions, please call Deanna Rowton at the Oroville City Hall, 476-2926 ext 103.

  4. Critical Areas Review – Review Department of Commerce Critical Areas Checklist and Chapter 18.02 OMC for possible updates.
  5. Accessory Dwelling Units Text Amendment – Review topics brought to light at Council hearing, consider revising draft text.
  6. (If time available) Land Use Designations definitions – Continue to refine the land use designation definitions.
